" When we bought our older home in 1990, the seller recommended Williams Comfort Air. We continued the seller’s tradition of having Williams Comfort Air service our furnace and air conditioner. It was a good choice. Back in the “early days", Terry was the service technician. His knowledge of our home heating and cooling equipment was apparent.

Over the years, the service technicians have changed but the service has remained excellent! From the moment I speak to the receptionist or scheduler, I am confident our heating/cooling needs will be met.

As the furnace and air conditioner aged, the service technicians would remind us of the number of years on the equipment but NEVER did they resort to a hard sell or even soft sell. When the time to replace the equipment finally came, we called Williams Comfort Air.

The salesman, Rick White, was most helpful and informative. At no time did we feel a hard sell. He answered all of our questions and gave us time to think about the purchase.

We now have a Carrier Hybrid system that was installed in mid November. So far, the system is very quiet, which is a bit eerie after having a noisy system. The house is toasty warm and the temperature is consistent from room to room. Of course, we haven’t seen any heating bills or electricity bills yet in the amount of use.
