History: Williams Comfort Air was founded by Jim Williams, Sr. in 1966. He and his wife ran the business and built a reputation for great customer service and satisfaction. Eventually, Jim turned the daily operations over to his son and daughter. In May 2007, Mr. Williams sold the business to several local heating and cooling businessmen who are featured on the Our Team page.

Green: Williams Comfort Air underwent an external transformation in 2007. We made a commitment to join in the efforts to keep our environment safe for all generations. We visibly aligned our company by hitting the roads in a fleet of lime green service vehicles. Also, knowing the value of hybrid technology because of our Carrier HybridHeat system, we further embraced the technology by providing hybrid Honda Civics to our sales team.

Community Involvement: Our company has been successful because of our clients in the community, so we look for ways to give back. We now host an annual Blood Drive in Honor of Michael Treinen, a young Noblesville man who lost his battle with cancer. We joined ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition and The Estridge Builders and supplied and installed two heating and cooling systems in the McFarland home and library. In 2009, we launched a Community Recognition Program called ExtraordinAIRy Treasures to honor and support different people in our community. We have supported the outstanding service efforts of three children and given scholarships to two graduating high school seniors.

Manufacturer Recognition: Although the outward appearance of Williams Comfort Air has changed, the expertise of our highly skilled, trained and talented team remain. In fact, our team has grown stronger in these areas. In 2008, Williams Comfort Air grew to the largest Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer in the state of Indiana and was among the top three WaterFurnace geothermal dealers. These honors are a testament to our team and their expertise.

Your Feedback: We have never lost sight of our clients though. Our clients have been equally responsible for our success. For their loyalty and kind words to family, friends and neighbors, we are deeply grateful. We plan to continue to exceed their expectations. We also appreciate the feedback of our clients. While we love to hear good things, sometimes we fall short as all people do. When we do, we listen to, learn from and act upon the experiences of our clients. We sometimes make mistakes, but we are committed to taking ownership for and learning from them.

Technical Skills: Williams Comfort Air has over 20 service team members with the North American Technical Excellence (NATE) certification, a national benchmark for technical excellence. We have achieved certifications from NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaning Association) and the IAQA (Indoor Air Quality Association). Through these memberships and certifications, we draw on national resources to keep our service knowledge at the top of the field.
