Lemon Guarantees
Our lemon guarantees are designed to protect you against major breakdowns on the critical comfort system components, including:
Heat Exchanger: If the heat exchange fails on your new furnace within three (3) years of installation, we will replace the entire furnace absolutely FREE. Ask your comfort consultant for details.
Air Conditioner/Heat Pump: If the compressor fails on your new air conditioner or heat pump within three (3) years of installation, we will replace the entire outdoor unit absolutely FREE. Ask your Williams Comfort Air Cooling & Heating comfort consultant for details.
3-Year Money Back Guarantee
If your new comfort system fails to keep you comfortable up to three (3) years after installation, Williams Comfort Air will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue up to and including removing your new comfort system and refunding 100% of the purchase price.
3-Year Performance Guarantee
If your new comfort system fails to perform optimally for up to three (3) years after installation, Williams Comfort Air will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue. And, if we cannot resolve the issue with the existing equipment, Williams Comfort Air will replace the system with a new system of equal value absolutely free!
10-Year Parts and Labor Warrantee
Williams Comfort Air will repair or replace all comfort system components if the equipment fails as a result of a manufacturer’s defect within ten (10) years of installation. Available upon request.
