Heating and Cooling Service Warranty
- All Repairs - manuafacturer warranty on all parts and 90 days on all labor
Plumbing Service Warranty
- General Plumbing Repairs: 1 year parts and labor
- Water Heaters (Bradford White premium line): 6 - 10 years
- Drain (Main Sewer) Line Clearing: 1 year (no warranty on removal of roots)
- Main Water Line Replacement: 5 years parts & labor
- Main Sewer Line Replacement: up to lifetime (depending on chosen process)
- Main Sewer Line Repair: up to lifetime (depending on chosen process)
