Yes, you're breathing air, but it may be up to 100 times more polluted than the outside air, according to the American Lung Association. While inside air is usually only two to five times more polluted, that is still huge considering that the American Lung Association's State of the Air 2009 report showed Central Indiana counties as FAILING.
